There's no place like home for Carlsbad, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Roswell Coyotes with a sharp 58-34 victory on Friday. The Cavemen/Cavegirls have beaten the Coyotes the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Coyotes has come to flipping the script.

Carlsbad's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Roswell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Looking ahead, Carlsbad will face off against Hobbs at 7:00 p.m. on February 21st. Hobbs will roll in looking for their 25th straight victory, something Carlsbad surely won't give up without a fight. As for Roswell, they will challenge Clovis at 7:00 p.m. on February 21st.
