Soccer Game Preview: Arroyo Valley vs. Cajon

Last Thursday, Arroyo Valley got the win against Pacific by a conclusive 5-1. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Cajon was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor St. John Bosco could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Arroyo Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those five matches. With that draw, Cajon's record moves to 7-3-1.

Arroyo Valley might still be hurting after the 5-1 loss they got from Cajon when the teams last played back in November. Can Arroyo Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
