With a playoff game on the line, Waterloo rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against the Freeburg Midgets as they made off with a 5-1 victory. Considering the Bulldogs have won eight contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Freeburg with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Caeden Wille (2), Chase Wilson, Trent Glaenzer, and Isaiah Mallery.

The win was the third in a row for Waterloo, bringing their record for this year to 11-8-2. As for Freeburg, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9-4.
