Soccer Recap: Croatan Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Croatan can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Dixon Bulldogs on Thursday. Croatan haven't had much luck with Dixon recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Croatan's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7-7. As for Dixon, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 17-2-1.

Croatan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dixon, they will venture away from home to take on Hunt at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Dixon will need to watch out since Hunt have now posted at least four goals in their last four matches.
