Volleyball Recap: Pacifica Comes Up Short

Pacifica lost against Esperanza back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pacifica Mariners lost 3-0 to the Esperanza Aztecs. The Mariners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pacifica's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Esperanza, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Pacifica will square off against Fountain Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Fountain Valley will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Pacifica surely won't give up without a fight. As for Esperanza, they will challenge Foothill at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
