Lake Country Lutheran extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Jake Burow. The Lightning put the hurt on the St. Francis Mariners with a sharp 66-46 win on Thursday with plenty of help from Burow, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and 11 rebounds. He has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 56% every time he's hit the court this season.

Lake Country Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for St. Francis, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Lake Country Lutheran will be home for the holidays to greet Lakeside Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Francis, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Messmer at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
