Baseball Recap: Silas Rams vs. Camas Papermakers

Silas gave up the first runs on Saturday, but they didn't let that get them down. They walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Camas Papermakers.

Jesse Bell made a splash no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bell was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Silas will take on Bellarmine Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Camas, they will challenge Battle Ground at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup will give the Papermakers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
