Basketball Recap: Gleason Comes Up Short

Gleason's game on Tuesday was all tied up 29-29 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 74-59 bruising from the South Fulton Red Devils. The defeat continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Red Devils: they've now lost seven in a row.

Gleason's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for South Fulton, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-8.

Gleason will take on Clarksburg at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gleason knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Clarksburg likes a good challenge. As for South Fulton, they will be playing at home against Greenfield at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
