Volleyball Recap: Eaton Reds vs. Platte Valley Broncos        
        
		
             It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Eaton can now relate to. They took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Platte Valley Broncos on Saturday. The Reds' loss signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.
 Eaton started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-14, 25-15,  25-15.
  Annabelle Dejager paced Eaton's offense, picking up 17 kills. Dejager got some help from 
 Trinity Salberg and her 19 assists. Dejager was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with four aces.
 Eaton's defeat dropped their record down to 25-3. As for Platte Valley,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 25-4.
 Eaton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Platte Valley, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  3-2  loss against Village on the 16th.
