Volleyball Game Preview: Oswego East Wolves vs. Joliet West Tigers + Official Tickets

The Oswego East Wolves will face off against the Joliet West Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Oswego East has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Joliet West will arrive with 11 straight wins.

On Tuesday, Oswego East came up short against Oswego and fell 2-0.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Oswego scored at least 17 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Joliet West faced Minooka in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Indians.

Joliet West easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-5.

Joliet West's win bumped their record up to 27-3. As for Oswego East, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-14.
