Soccer Recap: Cedar Comes Up Short

Cedar was the 5-1 winner over Spanish Fork when they last played one another back in March of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Cedar Reds lost 8-0 to the Spanish Fork Dons on Saturday. The Reds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cedar's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Spanish Fork, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Cedar will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hurricane at 7:30 p.m. on March 21st. As for Spanish Fork, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Wasatch at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
