Volleyball Recap: Berean Christian Comes Up Short

Berean Christian lost against Alhambra back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2.

Berean Christian wouldn't go down easily and took Alhambra into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-17, 20-25, 26-28, 15-11.

Berean Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Alhambra, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.

Berean Christian has already played their next matchup (against Clayton Valley Charter), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Alhambra, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Ygnacio Valley at 6:30 p.m. on the 17th.
