Softball Game Preview: Liberty Leopards vs. Brookfield Warriors

For the second straight game, Liberty will face off against Brookfield. The Leopards will welcome the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Liberty will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Brookfield, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Leopards came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 9-6 on Monday. The Leopards haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

For Brookfield's part, Elaina Boyce made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole five bases while going 4-for-4. Mya Jumper also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Liberty now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Brookfield, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
