Volleyball Recap: Yellow Medicine East Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lac qui Parle Valley on Tuesday, Yellow Medicine East came back down to earth. The Sting lost 3-0 to the MACCRAY Wolverines on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Sting in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost seven in a row.

Yellow Medicine East's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for MACCRAY, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yellow Medicine East will host Ortonville at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MACCRAY, they will square off against Southwest Minnesota Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
