Volleyball Recap: Southern Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southern lost against Fort Hill back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams fell just short of the Sentinels by a score of 3-2. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Myah Watson paced Southern's offense, picking up 19 kills. Watson got some help from Avary Witt and her 36 assists. Witt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Southern's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1.

Southern has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Northern Garrett on the 9th. As for Fort Hill, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against North Hagerstown on the 9th.
