Basketball Recap: Lake Fenton Takes a Loss

Lake Fenton fought the good fight in their overtime game against Kearsley on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 39-28 to the Kearsley Hornets. The defeat leaves the Blue Devils without a win on the season.

Lake Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Kearsley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-5.

Lake Fenton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-16 defeat against Genesee Christian on the 16th. As for Kearsley, they will square off against Linden at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Linden will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Kearsley surely won't give up without a fight.
