Football Game Preview: Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot vs. Portsmouth Christian

Portsmouth Christian have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot on Friday at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps state rankings predict a close match.

Portsmouth Christian took a serious blow against Isle of Wight Academy two weeks ago, falling 0-42. Portsmouth Christian were down by 0-27 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the game between Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot and Fuqua last week was still a pretty decisive one as Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot wrapped it up with a 26-6 victory.
