Football Recap: Wirt County Tigers vs. Webster County Highlanders
There's no place like home for Wirt County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Webster County Highlanders 43-7 at home. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won four matches by 24 points or more so far this season.
Wirt County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyler Smith, who threw for 235 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes. Porter Goodwin was in the mix too, providing Wirt County with two touchdowns.
