Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Blitz McCarty stepped things up a notch to give Grandview the 'W'. McCarty threw for 107 yards and two TDs, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. The effort also marked the most passer rating (127.2) he has had since back in October of 2024.

McCarty and Grandview will challenge Rock Canyon at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup will pit McCarty up against the Jaguars' star QB Evan Diebold. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
