Dillon waltzed into their contest  on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They breezed by the Aynor Blue Jackets to the tune of  70-28. With the Wildcats ahead  47-21 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
Dillon found their leader in sophomore  Khwnylahi Mckinnon, who  went 7 for 15  on her way to 20  points in addition to six  rebounds and three  steals. Mckinnon is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last eight games she's  played.  Mariah Campbell was another key player,  putting up ten points and seven  steals.
 Dillon was working as a unit and  finished the game with 11  assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Aynor only posted five  assists.
 Aynor lost  despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being   Julia Lavin, who  posted six  points and three  steals. Another player making a difference was  Elisha Huffman, who  scored seven points and five  boards.
Dillon's win was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 58.2 points per game. As for Aynor,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 10-11.
 Dillon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  game,  a  62-14  victory against Georgetown on the 1st. As for Aynor, they are taking a road trip to  take on Waccamaw  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
