After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lewis-Palmer, Pueblo East was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pueblo County Hornets, sneaking past 39-36. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won four in a row.
Enzo Pecoraro was the offensive standout of the matchup as he posted nine points along with seven rebounds and five assists. He is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last four games he's played. Jaden Garcia was another key player, putting up eight points and three blocks.
