Basketball Recap: Ethan Robison's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Anthony Wayne over St. John's Jesuit

Anthony Wayne lost against St. John's Jesuit back in March of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Generals lost 74-49 to the Titans.

Several Generals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Robison, who shot 55% from the field to rack up 14 points and five boards. Cole Gast was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds.

Anthony Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. John's Jesuit, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Anthony Wayne will take on Napoleon at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. John's Jesuit, they will square off against Clay at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
