Pitman had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Monday. They breezed past the Downey Knights to the tune of 29-0. Give the Pride's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Pitman's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Downey, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
