Parker strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Gardendale Rockets 47-3. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Thundering Herd's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings (they are ranked third, while the Rockets are ranked 71st).

Dylan Reese was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 351 yards and six TDs while completing 77.8% of his passes. Those 351 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Kejuan Gregg did his part for the team as well, scoring a TD off of 132 receiving yards.

Parker's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Gardendale, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Parker didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 42-7 victory against Mortimer Jordan on the 12th. As for Gardendale, they have also already played their next game, a 38-31 defeat against Jackson-Olin on the 12th.
