Basketball Recap: Chequamegon Comes Up Short

Chequamegon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Assumption Royals, falling 75-19. The game marked the Screaming Eagles' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Chequamegon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Assumption, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Chequamegon will be home for the holidays to greet Hurley at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Assumption, they will head out on the road to take on Marathon at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
