Baseball Recap: Edison Tech Inventors vs. Eastridge Lancers
Edison Tech extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to seven on Monday, dropping their season record down to 0-4 in the process. They lost 10-2 to the Eastridge Lancers. The Inventors were not able to make up for their loss to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
As for Eastridge, their record is now 3-5. That eight run margin sets a new team best for them this season.
For Eastridge's part, Aaden Bishop made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Bishop has become a key player for Eastridge: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-4 otherwise. Bishop was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024.
