Flag Football Recap: Piner Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Monday just wasn't the day for Piner's offense. They had to suffer through a 36-0 loss at the hands of the Cardinal Newman Cardinals. Having soared to a lofty 31 points in the game before, the Prospectors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Piner's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Cardinal Newman, they pushed their record up to 10-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
