Basketball Recap: Scott Takes a Loss

Scott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 53-11 loss at the hands of Defiance. Scott was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-2.

Scott's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Defiance, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Scott will venture away from home to take on Cardinal Stritch at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Defiance, they will welcome Ottawa-Glandorf at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
