Basketball Recap: Schley County Piles Up the Points Against Southwest Georgia STEM Charter

There's no place like home for Schley County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 65-26 victory over the Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Schley County was led to victory by Caleb Renfroe and Jayden Monford. Renfroe posted 12 points, while Monford scored 12 points. The dominant performance gave Renfroe a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tate Dominy, who had nine points.

Schley County's victory bumped their record up to 6-15. As for Southwest Georgia STEM Charter, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.

Schley County will head out to face off against Marion County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Schley County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.3 points per game this season. Southwest Georgia STEM Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
