Soccer Recap: Wesley Chapel Comes Up Short

Despite a strong season so far, Wesley Chapel has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 6-0 to the Jesuit Tigers on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 83rd, while the Tigers are ranked fourth).

Wesley Chapel's loss dropped their record down to 10-5-1. As for Jesuit, they pushed their record up to 12-2-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home.

Wesley Chapel has already played their next matchup, an 8-0 win against Zephyrhills on the 15th. As for Jesuit, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 7-1 victory against Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate on the 16th.
