Neuqua Valley won the last time they faced St. Charles East and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats came out on top against the Fighting Saints by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Neuqua Valley not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept St. Charles East between 20 and 21 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20.

Despite the loss, St. Charles East still got an impressive performance from Lexi Schrandt, who had seven assists and six digs.

Neuqua Valley's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Neuqua Valley will take on Saint Ignatius College Prep in a tournament on Friday. After both having extra time off, St. Charles East and Hinsdale Central will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on September 4.
