Volleyball Recap: Lee Williams Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lee Williams lost against Flagstaff back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Volunteers came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Volunteers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-16, 25-12.

Aliana Bremmer paced Lee Williams' offense, picking up five kills. Bremmer got some help from Charli King and her ten assists.

Brynn Hagerman was a one-woman wrecking crew For Flagstaff. as she had 27 digs and five assists. That's the most digs Hagerman has posted over her last 20 contests. Elise Welker was another key player, getting 13 assists and six digs.

Lee Williams' defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Flagstaff, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-6.

Lee Williams didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Red Mesa on the 10th. As for Flagstaff, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Mission Bay on the 10th.
