Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask KIPP Columbus). They breezed by the Cristo Rey Cougar to the tune of 97-28 on Thursday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 55-14.

When it comes to explaining why Cristo Rey lost, don't look at Nate Getahun. Despite the final result, he posted 13 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. That was a full 46.4% of Cristo Rey's points, marking the tenth time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points.

KIPP Columbus' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-5. As for Cristo Rey, they are on a 24-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.
