Basketball Recap: Portsmouth Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Portsmouth Christian Academy was the 52-39 winner over Concord Christian when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Portsmouth Christian Academy Eagles were beaten by Concord Christian 74-47 on Tuesday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Portsmouth Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Concord Christian, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-1.

Portsmouth Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 73-52 victory against Wilton-Lyndeborough on the 5th. As for Concord Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pittsfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Concord Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Pittsfield likes a good challenge.
