Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball program in the state of Louisiana over the past decade.

Scotlandville captured seven state titles and appeared in the state championship game every year over the past decade. The Hornets were ranked in the state Top 25 each of the past 10 seasons and have won over 90 percent of their games during that time period.

Madison Prep Academy won five state titles and appeared in the state Top 10 six times since the 2010-2011 season.
