Soccer Recap: Southeast Alamance's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Southeast Alamance was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They lost 5-0 to the Seaforth Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Seaforth this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 on April 10th.

Southeast Alamance's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6-2. As for Seaforth, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-2-1.

Southeast Alamance wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 10-1 defeat against Western Alamance on the 1st. As for Seaforth, they will face off against Panther Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Seaforth will be up against Panther Creek's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.13 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
