On Thursday Reed's undefeated season almost came to an end. They skirted past the Lutheran Gryphons 2-0. The Olympians' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last four matchups.

Reed got a massive performance out of Jaylen Williams, who got six hits. Williams also hit two doubles, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jayden Brown, who got five hits.
