Riverside-Durham and Northern Durham are an even 3-3-4 against one another since August of 2019, but likely not for long. The Pirates will head out to challenge the Knights at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Riverside-Durham's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Riverside-Durham fought the good fight in their overtime match against Chapel Hill on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. One thing that didn't help Riverside-Durham's chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Angel Contreras.

Meanwhile, Northern Durham can bid farewell to their four-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They and Hillside finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result was nothing new for Northern Durham as the team haven't won a game since September 8th.

Riverside-Durham now has a losing record of 5-6-4. Northern Durham's draw gives them a new season record of 3-9-2.
