Volleyball Recap: St. Mark's Falls Short Against Ranked Archmere Academy

St. Mark faced Archmere Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Spartans fell just short of the Auks by a score of 3-2. It was the first time this season that the Spartans let down their fans at home.

St. Mark's loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Archmere Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. St. Mark's will challenge Smyrna at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Archmere Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against Appoquinimink at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
