Soccer Game Preview: Hephzibah vs. Baldwin

Hephzibah is 0-6 against Baldwin since March of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Rebels will welcome the Braves at 5:30 p.m. Hephzibah has given up an average of 8.9 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Hephzibah's offense. They lost 10-0 to Aquinas on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Hephzibah can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 358th, while Aquinas are ranked 123rd).

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Monday Baldwin sidestepped Howard for a 3-2 win. Baldwin haven't had any issues with Howard recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Rahina Biyogmam was the driving force of Baldwin's attack as she scored all three of Baldwin's goals, bringing her season total up to four goals.

Baldwin's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Hephzibah, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Hephzibah might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Baldwin in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Can the Rebels avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
