Basketball Recap: Rockdale Takes a Loss

Rockdale was the 54-30 winner over Little River Academy when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rockdale Tigers fell 47-40 to the Little River Academy Bumblebees on Friday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rockdale's loss dropped their record down to 9-20. As for Little River Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-16 record this season.

When Rockdale and Little River Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Rockdale will challenge Franklin and their nine-game winning streak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Little River Academy will try to stop Italy's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
