Sedan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They took a 61-42 bruising from the Udall Eagles. The Devils were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Sedan's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Adley Pappan, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 14 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Pappan a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (80%). Another player making a difference was Payton Carter, who went 6-for-14 en route to 14 points and six boards.
Even though they lost, Sedan was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
