Waupun was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of the McFarland Spartans by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2022.

Waupun started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-21, 15-12.
