After losing to Osceola the last time they met, Gosnell decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Pirates blew past the Seminoles 63-24 on Friday. The Pirates pushed the score to 56-24 by the end of the third, a deficit the Seminoles had no chance of recovering from.

Despite the loss, Osceola still got an impressive performance from Tyler Bell, who rushed for 86 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight carries. Anthony Brown also helped out with an impressive 85 receiving yards.

The win (which was Gosnell's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 47.7 points this season. As for Osceola, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Gosnell is taking a road trip to face off against Brookland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Osceola, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hoxie at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th. This will be the Seminoles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
