The third road matchup was the charm for Richfield, as they earned their first away win of the season. They put the hurt on the Roosevelt Teddies with a sharp 10-0 victory on Tuesday. The Spartans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Richfield's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Roosevelt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richfield will host Washburn at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Millers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.86 runs per game on average), something the Spartans will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Roosevelt, they will welcome Robbinsdale Cooper at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
