Football Recap: Cactus Skates Past West Point with Ease + How To Watch

While Cactus put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for West Point. The Cobras blew past the Dragons, posting a 48-0 win. The Cobras might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 31 points or more this season.

Cactus' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nathaniel Linares, who rushed for 104 yards and one touchdown, and also picked up 47 receiving yards and one score. Another signal caller making a difference was Luke Berlin, who threw for 210 yards and a pair of TDs.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Cactus was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 247 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as West Point only rushed for 26.

Those road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.0 points over those games. As for West Point, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
