Soccer Recap: Green Mountain Gets the Win + How To Watch

Green Mountain kept a clean sheet against Lincoln on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Lancers, sneaking past 1-0. Green Mountain wouldn't have won without Tyler Adfinger, who scored the game-winner.

Green Mountain was without their leading scorer, Dominik Gonzalez, in Friday's contest. With Gonzalez sitting this one out, Elliot Merryman got some extra time on the pitch (60 vs. his season average of 31.4).

The win made it two in a row for Green Mountain and bumps their season record up to 2-3-2. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Green Mountain will challenge Standley Lake at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lincoln, they will square off against DSST: College View at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
