Humboldt pushed their record up to 11-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.9 runs over those games. As for Iowa Falls-Alden, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.
