Basketball Recap: Kaymon Coleman Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Harrison County

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Montgomery County, Scott was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 72-63 win over the Harrison County Thorobreds. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 72-69 victory the Thorobreds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Scott's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kaymon Coleman led the charge by going 5-for-12 to rack up 17 points and seven assists. The dominant performance gave Coleman a new career-high in assists. Another player making a difference was Jordan Clemons, who went 6-for-13 en route to 17 points.

Scott's record now sits at 10-16. As for Harrison County, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Coming up, Scott will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bishop Brossart at 7:30 p.m. Harrison County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
