Barnstable and Central squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Barnstable had to settle for second. They took a 68-54 bruising from the Central Golden Eagles. The Red Hawks' defeat signaled the end of their 16-game winning streak.

Barnstable's loss dropped their record down to 18-4. As for Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.
